How's my breath?

The truth is out there
This X-Files like scene happened on accident as Abe was exploring the lower part of the engineroom, shining his light around, while I was taking photos on the upper part.
Tank on the San Francisco Maru
Bow of the San Francisco Maru
This wreck sits upright at 210ft. The deck is at165ft. Normally I wouldn't be very happy with this shot, but with 160ft worth of narcosis I'm not going to complain.
Blacktip Sharks
This one is a composite. I photographed the foreground shark with a less appealing background and decided to try my hand at compositing it into another photo.
Sharks and friends
At Pizon reef, the boat crew chummed the water with a frozen block of fish that they dropped down to the bottom. What followed was a feeding frenzy where a bunch of blacktip sharks and some other fish swarmed the food while the divers watched from a safe distance.
"R2D2"
An air compressor in the workshop of the Fujikawa Maru. Has been nicknamed R2D2.

Zero Fighter Plane (Mitsubishi A6M) #39 in the cargo hold of the Fujikawa Maru
Betty Bomber
The betty bomber is a code name for the Japanese Mitsubishi G4M bomber. It had a crew of 7 and a one-way range of 2800km. This one is sitting very close to the airstrip in Truk Lagoon, and was downed sometime before the US attack on the base.
Mast of the Hoki maru
Probably my favorite photo of the trip. I thought such things only existed in magazines.
Coralful
The mast of the Hoki Maru is covered with coral and other sea life, attracting schools of fish and other creatures, such as divers.
Bridge of the Nippo Maru
In this one, the gauges and telegraph are more prominent
Gas mask
Found in the cargo holds of Nippo Maru, someone has placed it on a beam at the cargo hold opening for easy viewing.
Hawksbill Turtle
I ran into the same turtle again later on the dive. It was chilling undirneat the deck and I accidentally startled it.
Skull at the Yamagiri Maru
The skull of a Japanese sailor that went down with the ship over 70 years ago.
Sarasvati Anemone Shrimp on top of a Pink Anemonefish
I didn't even notice the shrimp until I was looking at the photo after copying it from my camera :)
